Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on levels of plasma inflammatory factors in patients with cardio-renal syndrome. Methods A total of 50 patients with cardio-renal syndrome admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled. And they were divided into experimental group and conventional group according to random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. Patients in conventional group adopted conventional western medicine, anti-heart failure + dopamine diuretic treatment, while patients in experimental group were given intravenous injection of Danhong based on the above-mentioned basic treatment of the conventional group. Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) were detected and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP and IL-10 between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP and IL-10 the experimental group were lower than those in conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusions On the basis of routine treatment, using Danhong injection can significantly reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors TNF-α, hs-CRP and IL-10 in patients with cardiorenal syndrome, improve its heart and kidney function, clinical benefit is great, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application. Key words: Danhong injection; Cardiorenal syndrome; Inflammatory factor
