Abstract

In order to improve the practical quality and applicability of foam concrete, the law of expansion rate of foam concrete is studied. Using cement as the main raw material and adding aluminum powder to prepare foamed concrete, the influence of water-cement ratio, foaming temperature and aluminum powder content on the expansion rate of foamed concrete was studied. The results show that under the same water-cement ratio and aluminum powder content, the expansion rate of concrete paste increases with the increase of temperature, but the collapse phenomenon occurs in a certain state; Under the same water-cement ratio and ambient temperature, with the increase of aluminum powder content, the foaming rate of concrete shows a downward trend when the aluminum powder content is 0.03% and 0.06%, and shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing when the aluminum powder content is 0.12% and 0.24%.
