Abstract

The angular dependences of the ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) field in (111)-oriented films are analyzed with the use of resonance relations and the conditions for equilibrium orientation of the magnetization. Based on the results obtained, an FMR method is proposed for determining the sign of the cubic anisotropy and the position of the crystallographic axes.
