Abstract

Results are presented from studying industrially produced ferro-piezoelectric ceramic material PСR-80 based on the PbTiO3–PbZrO3–PbNb2/3Mn1/3O3–PbNb2/3Zn1/3O3 + SiO2 system. Patterns of changes in its reverse nonlinearity, inverse piezoelectric effect, and the electromechanical and dielectric hysteresis of the amplitude of a constant electric field are established.
