Abstract

It is used that method for controlling the point of the process to component control and TMCP rolling in order to study the key factors controlling the performance of TMCP Q550D plate and improve the comprehensive qualification rate of TMCP state Q550D. Results show: the content of C, the cooling temperature, the temperature uniformity and the water temperature are the key components of the TMCP state performance of Q550D. The TMCP state Q550D has good welding performance and low yield strength ratio after the control process. The qualified rate of TMCP state has been increased to 90%, saving a lot of tempering process.
