Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of continuing nursing care on quitting smoking in COPD patients .Methods A total of 96 cases of COPD patients admitted to our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group with a random -ized control method , the control group was not intervened , the observation group was given continuous nursing , two groups were compared with quitting smoking , lung function and therapeutic effect.Results Success rate of recent period and medium -term quit smoking in the observation group were higher than those in the control group , the curative effect was higher than that in the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Par-tial pressure of carbon dioxide ( PCO2 ) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group , oxygen partial pressure (PO2), peak expiratory flow (PEF) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05) .Conclusions Continuous nurs-ing is conducive to COPD patients quitting smoking , to further ensuring the treatment effect and improving lung function.
