Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of continuous nursing intervention mode on the incidence of aspiration pneumonia in long-term nasogastric patients.Methods To choose 43 cases of long-term nasogastric patients in our hospital between January 2011 and August 2011 as research object and they were treated with continuous nursing intervention.The incidence of aspiration pneumonia,hospitalization rates were observed and compared before and after the intervention.Results The incidence of aspiration pneumonia,hospitalization rate after intervention were siguificandy lower than those before the intervention (P < 0.05).Conclusions Through the establishment of the consolidated hospitals,community health agencies to family intervention mode continuum of care,patients can achieve long-term nasogastric seamless continuum of care interventions,effectively reduce the objective to promote the application recommended the incidence of aspiration pneumonia.
