Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of continuing care interventions on fracture limb function recovery.Methods 120 cases of hip fracture patients,according to the care participation difference were divided into the treatment group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group after surgery used conventional methods of care,the treatment group on this basis was given positive continuing care intervention.Results Harris score of after-care treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (t=5.214,P<0.05).After nursing care treatment the total score and quality of life score in the four areas were all significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing care intervention application to elderly hip fracture surgery is conducive to the recovery of limb function and improved their quality of life,should be widely applied.
