Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive treatment and nursing on pediatric chronic sinusitis.Methods 232 children with chronic sinusitis were divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given routine treatment and the treatment group was given comprehensive treatment consisting of nasal irrigation,nebulization and low energy laser based on routine treatment.Results The effective rate was 93.97％ in the treatment group and 79.30％ in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups ( x2 =10.76,P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Comprehensive treatment is a safe and effective adjunctive therapy of pediatric chronic sinusitis and should be extended in clinical application.
