Abstract
Objective To observe application of compound iodine cotton on skin of elderly patients and find out the better measurement of skin disinfection,and reduce positive rate.Methods 186 skin testing patients were divided into experimental and control group randomly,each group are 93 patients.The experimental group adopts complex iodine swab to disinfect skin,and the control group adopts 75％ enthanol.Results Disinfection skin using complex iodine swab is less skin allergy,the more trace coloring,and the result can be judged clearly.Conclusions Compound iodine swab results low false-positive rate,and is the ideal disinfection product for elderly patients.
