Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing care on the sleep quality of patients with tinnitus and deafness.Methods From 2011 May to 2012 May,104 patients with tinnitus and deafness who hospitalized in our hospital were selected and surveyed with the sleep quality by the symptom checklist (SCL-90) law and Assens Insomnia Scale (AIS),and divided into control group and experimental group with 52 cases in each.The control group only received basic drug therapy,experimental group received normal treatment and comfort nursing treatment.Results The relationship between symptom checklist (SCL-90) scores,other factors and insomnia status was positively.There were obvious difference with the sleep quality,somatization,anxiety,depression between two groups.Conclusions Comfort nursing therapy can improve the quality of sleep on patients with tinnitus and deafness Key words: Comfortable nursing; Tinnitus and deafness; Sleep quality; Insomnia
