Abstract

Preoperative chronic kidney disease (CKD) is associated with worse outcomes after abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) repair. However, between complex open and endovascular AAA repair, the effect of CKD on perioperative mortality and morbidity has not yet been defined. We compared the outcomes between strata of CKD severity after complex open and endovascular AAA repair (EVAR).
