Abstract
目的 观察弱视患儿的依从性对治疗效果的影响及护理对策.方法 58例(78眼)患儿采用国际标准视力表进行视力检查,并检查眼底、眼位、和注视性质.经散瞳、电脑验光,屈光不正和屈光参差者全部配镜矫正,并同时采用遮盖法加家庭精细作业、协调训练及电话随访并督促孩子积极配合.结果 发现依从性好的患儿治疗效果比依从性差的治疗效果好.结论 弱视患儿的依从性对治疗效果起决定性作用;是保证治疗效果的重要因素。
