Abstract

This paper concerns the effect of Hall current on unsteady laminar hydromagnetic flow which arises in fluids due to the interaction of gravity and density difference caused by the simultaneous diffusion of thermal energy and chemical species near an infinite vertical porous plate subjected to suction or injection velocity in the presence of a constant magnetic field. The results are discussed with respect to hydromagnetic parameter (Mt), Hall parameter m, the buoyancy ratio parameter N, suction or injection parameter a and Schmidt number Sc for Pr=0.71 with respect to air.
