Abstract
AbstractWe evaluated the tolerance of topical 0.5 % levobunolol in six patients with bilateral, open-angle glaucoma, who had developed signs of local irritation and allergy while receiving 0.5% timolol, twice daily. During treatment with levobunolol, four of the six patients did not experience an allergic reaction. Levobunolol successfully controlled intraocular pressure in all six patients.
