Abstract
On a suivi les modifications de teneur des stolons et des racines en glucides non-structuraux (amidon, saccharose, glucose, fructose, maltose et pinotol) apres defoliation. On a fait varier l'importance de la defoliation ainsi que la pression partielle en Co 2 lors de la culture. On a etabli une correlation entre la remobilisation des glucides, leur taux de depart, et l'importance de la demande suivant la defoliation
