Abstract

The precursor was prepared by citrate sol-gel combustion method, and the nanocrystals were calcined at high temperature. The morphology and structure of the material were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR). The reflectance of the sample material was tested by UV-Vis NIR spectrophotometer (UVPC). The results showed that the sample material was nanocrystal, the particle size was uniform, and agglomerated to form microparticles. The material with the highest reflectance at 1064 nm wavelength was 54.58% of SmB0.5Al0.5O3 material, and the reflectivity of the powder with the lowest reflectivity at the wavelength of 1064 nm was 43.36% of that of SmB0.3Al0.7O3. Among them, the lowest reflectance at 1060–1090 nm was 32.65% at 1080 nm of SmBO3.
