Abstract
From the study on effect of bio-fertilizers on growth, yield and quality of sprouting broccoli (Brassica oleraceae var. italica L.) it is established that application of different bio-fertilizers and zinc levels enhanced the growth, yield and quality of sprouting broccoli except days taken to central head initiation in comparison to control. Application of 20 kg ZnSO4 and inoculation with Azotobacter + PSB was observed the best treatment in terms of yield of broccoli head yield (223.40 q/ha and 237.15 q/ha), net returns (Rs. 293233 and Rs. 313335) and B:C ratio (7.00:1 and 7.39:1).
