Abstract

Recommending bed rest following embryo transfer was a common practice in ART. More recent publications suggest no positive impact of bed rest and even a possible detriment. Prior studies examined short time periods prior to ambulation and did not utilize a strong model to control for embryo stage or quality. The objective of this study was to examine whether extended bed rest following frozen embryo transfer using a single euploid blastocyst had any impact on subsequent pregnancy rates.
