Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of authorized education intervention on management ability of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods A total of 92 COPD patients from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method, with 46 patients in each group.Patients in both groups received routine treatment and high-quality nursing care for COPD. On this basis, patients in the control group received routine health education, and patients in the study group received authorization education intervention. The improvement of self-management ability and self-efficacy of patients in the two groups before and after nursing intervention were compared. Results There was no significant difference in management ability between the study group and the control group before intervention(P>0.05). After intervention, the management ability of patients in both groups was improved, and the improvement of symptoms, life, emotion, prevention and self-care in the study group were better, with statistically significant differences(P 0.05). After intervention, the management efficiency of patients in both groups was improved, the psychological adjustment, respiratory adjustment, environmental weather response, exercise and safety behavior of the study group were improved better, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).
