Abstract

This study aims to: 1) the effect of parental supervision of belaar student achievement; (2) the effect of learning motivation on student achievement; (3) the effect of social environment on student achievement; and (4) the effect of parental attention, motivation to learn, social environment on student achievement. The population in this study were students of SMK office administration classes XI Jakarta .With the number of respondents as many as 69 students. To answer the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression with F test and t test. It can be concluded that: (1) there is the influence of parents' attention on student achievement; (2) there is no influence on prestasibelajar students' learning motivation; (3) there is no social environmental influences on learning achievement;
