Abstract
Effect of aqueous extract of Datura stramonium on the spermiogramic parameters of West African Dwarf (WAD) bucks were investigated in a trial involving twenty bucks aged between 10 and 13 months and weighed 8.37 +1.23kg. The bucks were randomly grouped into 5 treatments consisting of 0, 7.5, 15, 22.5 and 30ml/kg b.w/animal/day in a completely randomized design. The extract was administered orally for ten consecutive days.
