The control group were treated with conventional western medicine; in addition, the observation group were treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation. The total effective rates, VAS scores and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.5%, and that of the control group 71.7% (P<0.05). 30 days after the treatment, the VAS score was lower and the life quality scores were better in the observation group than in the control group (all P<0.05).
