  • Training for yoga should be done at school level and recommended for regular use in their homes

  • Anuloma Viloma Pranayama was performed by closing right nostril with the right thumb and complete exhalation with left nostril for 4 counts, after which inhalation was done for 4 counts with left nostril

  • The obtained data is collected from young female volunteers with moderate to severe pain, enrolled in the yoga program and those wit h mild to moderate pain enrolled in the control group, as this study was done on a voluntary basis
