Abstract

We read with great enthusiasm the article by Stonsaovapak et al.1 The topic is important because there have been few randomized controlled studies with sufficient sizes on the use of the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex anodal transcranial direct current stimulation in patients with mild cognitive impairments (MCI). The authors concluded that “anodal transcranial direct current stimulation over the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex could enhance the accuracy of sustained attention (VSA), spatial working memory (SWM), and visual memory (VM)….”.
