Abstract
Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12 (BLT) thin film was prepared on Pt(111)/TiO2/SiO2/Si(100) substrate by the Sol gel spin coating technique. The effect of different annealing times on thin film was investigated. XRD pattern, polarization curves and leakage currents were obtained for thin films annealed at different hours. It was found that BLT film annealed for 2 hours at 600 °C showed the best ferroelectric properties.
