Abstract

In present study we investigated effect of amino acids composition of BCAA, taurine and BCAA, taurine and tryptophan on the liver amino acids pool of rats under chronic alcohol intoxication. Chronic ethanol intoxication led to increase levels of glutamate, asparagines, glycine, b-alanine, thirozine, and decrease level of alanine in the liver of rats. Administration of composition of BCAA, taurine and tryptophan was found to normalize the levels of aromatic amino acids, glutamate and alanine.
