Abstract
The polarization properties of active resonators are theoretically investigated for the case of small ellipticity of mode polarization. The ellipticity and the azimuth of the major axis of the mode polarization ellipse are computed for different anisotropic reflectances of the reflecting mirrors as a function of the saturation-induced anisotropy.
