Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of alprostadil injection combined with alpha-lipoic acid injection on diabetic lower extremity arterial disease.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of diabetes with lower extremity arterial disease were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with alprostadil injection and alpha-lipoic acid injection for 2 weeks.The control group were treated with alprostadil injection for 2 weeks.The changes of clinical performance before and after the treatment,the ankle brachial pressure index and the cellular hemorheology were observed.Results After treatment for 2 weeks,all clinical symptoms of 120 cases improved and total clinical symptom score were lowered.Compared with control group,the treatment group had more significant improvement(P ＜0.05).Conclusions Alprostadil injection combined with alpha-lipoic acid injection has certain efficacy on diabetic lower extremity arterial disease.
