Effect observation and nursing cooperation of shugan jieyu capsule combined with sertraline in treatment of hypochondriacs

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of shugan jieyu capsule combined with sertraline in treatment of hypochondriacs, and to analyze the nursing cooperation during treatment. Methods A total of 108 cases of hypochondriacs admitted to the hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were included.All patients were divided into two groups according to the admission order, 54 cases of each group.Among them, 54 patients were treated with sertraline therapy as the control group, and the other 54 patients were treated with shugan jieyu capsule on the basis of the above treatment as the observation group. Results The treatment efficiency, compliance rate and satisfaction of the observation group were respectively 96.30%, 94.44% and 96.30%, while in the control group were respectively 83.33%, 64.81% and 85.19%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). The HAMD score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). There was no difference in ADL scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the ADL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Shugan jieyu capsules combined with sertraline treatment have significant effect on melancholiac.With effective nursing intervention, it can obviously improve the symptoms, reduce complications.Patients' medication complication and medication satisfaction are high.In addition, the life quality can be significantly improved, which is worth having clinical application and popularization.
