Abstract

Objective To discuss the effectiveness of implementation of blending learning in teaching of Fundamental Skill of Nursing. Methods A total of 934 nursing students of the university in 2016 were selected. Among the 463 subjects in the control group, traditional teaching method was adopted.There were 471 students in the experimental group, using mixed learning method.The scores of the two groups were compared, and the motivation and satisfaction of the two groups were investigated through the questionnaire. Results The results, learning motivation and learning satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions The mixed learning method, combined with appropriate teaching strategies, can improve learners' learning motivation and achievement, and improve their understanding and memory of learning content.
