Abstract

Objective To compare the clinical effect of internal iliac artery occlusion and balloon occlusion of abdominal aorta in treatment of patients with pernicious placenta previa.Methods A total of 126 patients with pernicious placenta previa were selected and divided into two groups,and the effect was compared between two groups.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the amount of bleeding,the rate of hysterectomy,the exposure time,the amount of contact,the time of cesarean section,postoperative complications,length of stay,and the rate of uterine artery embolization (P < 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with pernicious placenta previa,balloon occlusion of abdominal aorta is much better.
