This research method is observational with retrospective data collection and data analyzed descriptively. The sample size was 30 type 2 DM patients who received therapy after 6 months. The results showed that there were significant differences between the value of fasting blood Glucose pre and fasting blood Glucose post and blood Glucose 2 hour post prandial pre and blood Glucose 2 hour post from statistical analysis using paired t-test, with a value of α = 0.00 smaller than α = 0.05.
