Abstract
Ei-Coiurt is a service for Registered Users for Online Case Registration, Online Case Fee Assessment, Online Payment, Electronic Summons, and Electronic Trials. This paper aims to determine the effectiveness of e-Court system services in Civil Law cases at the Surakarta Religious Court in 2023, as well as the obstacles faced. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that the E-Court System Service at the Surakarta Religious Court was running effectively. In addition, there are several obstacles found when using the e-Court system at the Surakarta Religious Cour.
