Abstract

Learning that is carried out in an Islamic educational institution such as Islamic boarding schools runs 24 hours a day, starting with the students, who start activities from dawn until night, when the students begin to fall asleep again. However, formal education in the classroom, commonly referred to as teaching and learning activities, continues to run properly. The study aimed to determine learning management in institutions in terms of its effectiveness with a qualitative approach. The research step starts with data collection, presentation, reduction, and conclusion. Data sources for this study came from the principal, curriculum team, Teachers, Education Personnel, and students. The method of data collection is through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. This study shows that learning management at Pondok Pesantren Al-Basyariyah 2 Bandung regency has been effective in terms of planning and implementation until the evaluation with reference to the curriculum, syllabus, and learning implementation plan that has been adjusted to the direction of the Ministry of Religious Affairs was also added typical pesantren.
