This study aimed to assess the cost-effectiveness and budget impact of closed loop upper airway stimulation (UAS) versus conservative medical management for patients with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) who have failed or are intolerant to continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy in Australia.
