Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is typically treated with Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) or Oral Appliances (OA) with different costs and rates of success (1). As payors look to evaluate a novel Neuromuscular Electric Stimulation (NMES) treatment for OSA, payors are uncertain of comparative costs and adherence between existing and new treatment options.
