Abstract

Effective patient-centered interventions are needed to promote patient engagement in and adherence to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) care. Cost-effectiveness analysis can offer evidence on the best value for money and assist in prioritizing interventions. This study aimed to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of a pilot patient-centered intervention referred to as Enhanced Patient Care (EPC) for improving viral suppression among patients living with HIV (PLWH) in Kenya.
