Abstract

The phenomenon is that many young children suffer from health problems caused by their inability to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy foods. If a child's health is experiencing problems, it can have an influence on his development and growth, for example, he can experience flu, malnutrition, intestinal worms, fever and others. Therefore, it is necessary to educate young children about how to choose healthy and unhealthy foods. This community service activity is aimed at Tenripakkua Kindergarten students in Bone Regency in providing motivation, raising awareness and increasing knowledge for young children to choose to eat healthy foods. This activity applies participation and socialization with its approach, namely sharing or discussion. Furthermore, the result is that early childhood can differentiate between daily and unhealthy foods, and can reduce consumption of unhealthy foods.
