Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study the quality evaluation model of innovation and entrepreneurship talents education, combine the innovative talents system with the Internet, and improve the current innovative talents mode. Based on CIPP model theory, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the first level index and second level index in the evaluation index system. Based on the of personnel in X College, this paper selects the experience of eight experts and teachers in related fields as the basis of judging and measuring the influence degree of indicators, reasonably arranges the weight of each indicator, and calculates the weight of each indicator through the weight. The most important indicators to measure the quality of are obtained by weight ranking, and the evaluation system is constructed in turn. After data processing, the first level index with the largest proportion of weight is background factors of top innovative talents training, and the level weight of this index is 0.3984. Among the 15 secondary indicators, the top three indicators with weight value are faculty, training concept and education and teaching methods, and the multi-level ranking is 0.1205, 0.0998 and 0.0926 respectively, with a total of 0.3130.
