Abstract

The article is devoted to the process of educational and cultural construction in the Volga region in the first years of Soviet power. Of undoubted interest is the regional experience in the implementation of state policy in the field of culture and education in the 1920s. The all-Russian process is considered taking into account regional peculiarities. The peculiarity of this region is that it was multinational in composition.
