Abstract

The educational proposals for the training of marketers in the UK have been analyzed in the article. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the features of educational proposals for the training of marketers in the UK. The tasks were solved using the following research methods: analysis − to study information from the sites of various educational institutions in the UK and scientific literature sources; systematization − to determine educational proposals; generalization − to substantiate the features of educational proposals and draw conclusions. The scientific novelty is the study of the features of qualification proposals in the training of marketers at professional organizations in the UK. The list of marketing qualifications that applicants can obtain in the UK in educational institutions has been presented and the features of professional qualifications that applicants can obtain in marketing training have been identified. Leading professional educational institutions in which marketers are trained have been systematized, including the Royal Institute of Marketing (CIM), the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM), the Association of Business Managers (ABE), the Communications and Marketing Foundation (CAM), the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM), Institute of Advertising Practitioners (IPA), Institute of Advertising Marketing (IPM), Society for Market Research (MRS), Institute of Sales Management and Marketing (ISMM), Certified Institute of Public Relations (CIPR). It has been concluded that educational proposals are mainly aimed at organizing the training of specialists for practical activities, improving the quality of their training, which allows the most flexible career of a marketer and ensure the competitiveness of the specialist in the labor market. The direction of further research is the study of content of training of marketing specialists at universities in the UK.
