Abstract

The following article is based on an empirical study completed at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics focusing on the evaluation which the PhD students of Informatics within the period 2012-2017 give to the doctoral program they have been enrolled in. This evaluation concerns the quality of education provided by the Shumen University. The study aims to investigate the attitude of PhD students towards enrolling in programs at the Shumen University and to determine the level of their satisfaction with the quality of the process of education.
