Abstract
This column discusses educational objectives for future serials librarians. This article is derived from the author's current job experiences, his development of a serials course as an adjunct faculty member of an ALA-accredited library science program, and his membership in the North American Serials Interest Group (NASIG). A focus on medical librarianship issues is emphasized where appropriate.
