Abstract

The study aimed to analyze national and international publications on methods for building mobile applications within the scope of health education. It is an integrative review, using 12 articles for final analysis. It is observed that a good part of the articles worked with the method of Systematic Instructional Design and the Contextualized. Among the systems for implementation, the ones that were powered by the Android system stood out. Among the articles analyzed, there was also a quizz game and another online game. From the analysis of the articles, the relevance of the use of mobile apps in the scope of health was realized, however, most of the works do not clearly describe all the steps for building the apps besides the lack of studies in Portuguese.
