Abstract

ABSTRACT In the current day and age, any organization willing to create or sustain its competitive advantage needs to adapt to this new normal of the digital era. It is prudent to consider that organizations work to generate value for their stakeholders. With the advent of the digital era, multiple digital technologies as a pivotal component of tangible set of resources for firms have led to irreversible changes across enterprises. Resultantly, such resources have translated into capabilities for firms so as to enable further value creation for its stakeholders. The objective of value creation is the center stage for all organizations and digital transformation through new technologies, business models and strategic alignment has help realize this goal.
