Abstract
The first four months of this year have seen the launch of a significant new source of support and information for nurses in the UK with an interest in research and practice development. The RCN Research and Development Co-ordinating Centre has been developed to provide a forum for nurses to access and exchange information about research and practice development. Central to the centre’s strategy is a website which contains pages of information on a range of research topics such as networks, policy and strategy, funding and training, research in progress, dissemination and utilisation (including information on forthcoming conferences), and practice development.
