Abstract

Every article submitted to this Magazine is initially scanned by my Co-Editorin- Chief Ed Cherney, or by me, for interest to the dielectrics and electrical insulation community, good English language usage, and absence of commercial overtones. Occasionally, an article lies outside the scope of the Magazine, in which case a more suitable publication may be suggested. An article in need of major English language editing is returned to the authors, requesting resubmission after editing. An article containing commercial overtones is also returned to the authors, stating that the commercial content must be removed before the article can be considered for publication.
