Summary
As we complete another challenging year with the pandemic, we are beginning to see an evolution in the way we approach and treat difficult clinical situations. We explore a single centre experience in one of the outcomes of ‘Long COVID’ in the form of orbital mucormycosis. We have an interesting ‘review article’ on vestibular migraine management for an ENT surgeon and‘original articles’ investigating the underlying causes of vertigo and dizziness in patients presenting to an ENT clinic at a tertiary care hospital in the North Central province of Sri Lanka and a comparative analysis of cephalometric data and drug-induced sleep endoscopy in obstructive sleep apnoea patients.
