Abstract
You will be forgiven if you have not heard of EUROMCONTACT. It is a non-profit organization and represents the European Federation of National Associations and International Companies of Contact Lens (and Lens Care) Manufacturers. It has three types of members: 1.National Associations of Manufacturers, such as SYFFOC (France), SPECTARIS (Germany), NAC (The Netherlands), ASSOTTICA (Italy), AEO (Spain), OPTICS Swiss Suppliers Association (Switzerland) and the ACLM (United Kingdom). 2.International Companies, such as Alcon, AMO Ltd., Bausch & Lomb, CooperVision, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Mark Ennovy and Menicon. 3.European Federation for the Contact Lens Industry, with about 100 members in 30 countries.
